Cancellation Policy for Crossroads Reservations
We strive to provide an exceptional dining experience for all our guests. To ensure that we can accommodate everyone effectively, we have established the following cancellation policy:
- Cancellation Notice: We require a minimum of 24 hours' notice for cancellations to avoid incurring a fee. For holiday and special event weekends, this notice period may be extended.
- Cancellation Fees: For reservations of up to 5 guests: A cancellation fee of $25 per person will apply if the cancellation is made within 24 hours of the reservation.
- For parties of 6 or more: A flat fee of $150 will be charged for late cancellations.
