Parking on property is limited, and is only guaranteed for overnight guests at one car per room. The hotel will do our best to accommodate parking for event and restaurant guests, but it is not guaranteed. Alternate parking options will be communicated and provided if necessary. Parking on property is priced as follows: $25 for overnight parking in either the self or valet options, $30 for day parking (if available), and event parking is a negotiated rate for each event.
Check-in begins at 4PM. Check-out is at 11AM.
Early check-ins and late check-outs can only be guaranteed on the day of arrival or departure. The ability to accommodate early check-ins or late check-outs is dependent on the hotel occupancy from the prior or current evening. The hotel will do our best to accommodate all requests for either inquiry.
No pets are allowed at The Carolina Inn, with the exception of service animals.

The Carolina Inn offers a variety of on-site amenities, this includes: on-site restaurant (Crossroads) and coffee shop (Pittsboro Street Provisions), 24-hour gift shop, 24-hour fitness center, 24-hour business center, water refill stations, concierge services, valet parking and luggage services, in-room dining, complimentary washer/dryer, daily housekeeping service, dry-cleaning services (Mon-Fri), and daily fresh baked chocolate chip cookies!
World of Hyatt has provided Peloton products to The Carolina Inn, ensuring guests can be at their best when traveling by making it easy to maintain their wellness routines.
WOH & Peloton members who link their WOH account to their Peloton account can earn 100 base points by completing the below weekly:

Yes—the entire property is non-smoking.
The hotel shuttle is complimentary, and is by request on a first-come, first-serve basis based upon availability. The shuttle may be operated 8am – 10pm, and can go in a 2 to 3-mile radius of the hotel. If guests would like to guarantee a time slot in advance for the shuttle, there is a booking fee associated with the reservation. These inquiries should be directed to the Guest Service Manager.
Unfortunately, we do not have a shuttle to or from the airport, but we do have many options for alternate transportation accommodations. These can be arranged through our Guest Service / Valet team.
Housekeeping service is completed between the hours of 9am – 4pm. If housekeeping service is declined, the guest can place a "Do Not Disturb" sign on their door. If guests would like service, the sign should be removed and the room should be vacant so the proper cleaning can be completed. Daily service can be completed after hours or for specifics timeframes upon request at the front desk. Daily service includes: refresh of in-room amenities (coffee,toiletries, et cetera), and a room refresh (vacuum, bed making, and general cleaning). Full changes of the sheets are completed only upon request.
The following items are available for your convenience: deodorant, ear plugs, laundry bags, make up remover, mouthwash, razor, sewing kit, shaving cream, slippers, toothbrush, toothpaste.
